4-Week Cohort · Next start Jun 8, 2026

Your team ships its first AI agents in four weeks.

An intensive cohort where the operators, marketers, and PMs on your team build real, working AI agents, and put one in production by the end of week two.

Why this cohort exists

Your team already knows the business. We teach them to build with it.

Most AI training is theory. Most AI consulting is outsourcing. Neither of those gives you a team that can ship the next automation without asking permission.

This cohort is the third option. In four weeks, your team, the operators, marketers, finance leads, and PMs who already know your business cold, learn to design, build, and ship working AI agents end-to-end. Not toy demos. Real workflows that take work off their plate from day one.

We've run this with 300+ leadership teams and the pattern is consistent: by the end of week two, every cohort has at least one agent running against real production data. By week four, most teams have a backlog of automations they're sequencing themselves.

The capability stays in-house. It compounds. And the next model release isn't a panic, it's just Tuesday.

What you'll leave with

Three things, guaranteed.

01

A shipped, production-ready AI agent

Every seat finishes the cohort with one working agent running against real data, designed, built, evaluated, and deployed. Not a slide deck. A real thing that saves real time.

02

Reusable patterns for the next ten

The frameworks, prompts, skills, and evaluation harnesses you build are yours forever. Most teams ship 3-5 more agents in the 60 days after the cohort using the same scaffolding.

03

Operators who can keep building

The real outcome isn't the agent, it's the muscle. Your team leaves knowing how to evaluate models, design context, ship safely, and adapt as the tools change.

Curriculum · 4 weeks

From your first prompt to a shipped agent.

Each week pairs a live working session with async build time. By Friday of every week, you have something running. Click any week to expand.

WEEK 01
Find the right first workflow.

Audit the busywork on your team's plate, score it for AI-fit, and pick the one workflow where you'll see ROI fast. We build the spec for your first agent together.

You'll learn

  • The 4-factor AI-fit score we use with every client
  • How to map a workflow into agent-ready specs
  • Identifying inputs, outputs, edge cases, and stop conditions
  • How to talk about agents with your team without the buzzwords

You'll build

Deliverable: A scored backlog of 5-10 candidate workflows and a finished spec doc for your week-2 agent, reviewed live by an instructor.
WEEK 02
Build it. Ship it on Friday.

Hands-on build week. You'll go from spec to working agent connected to your real tools and data. By Friday, it's running against production, even if it's still rough.

You'll learn

  • Claude Cowork: folders, CLAUDE.md, skills, connectors
  • When to use MCP vs. plugins vs. a custom tool
  • Prompt design patterns that survive production
  • Handling failure modes, retries, and human-in-the-loop

You'll build

Deliverable: Your first agent running against real data, wired into your real stack. Imperfect, but live. Office hours all week to unblock you.
WEEK 03
Evaluate, harden, observe.

The difference between a demo and production is measurement. This week is about evals, knowing when your agent is right, knowing when it's wrong, and knowing when to ship the next version.

You'll learn

  • How to design evals your team actually runs
  • Setting up traces, logs, and feedback loops
  • Defining acceptance thresholds and rollback rules
  • Versioning prompts and skills like code

You'll build

Deliverable: A working eval harness on your week-2 agent, plus a hardened v2 you're confident enough to hand off to a teammate.
WEEK 04
Scale the muscle, not the lone hero.

An agent helps one workflow. A team that can build agents helps everything. We close the cohort by turning what you've learned into a repeatable in-house playbook.

You'll learn

  • Building an internal automation backlog and intake process
  • Patterns for sharing skills, vaults, and templates across teams
  • Governance, safety, and access without slowing you down
  • How to onboard the next builder on your team in a week

You'll build

Deliverable: Your team's first internal automation playbook + a 90-day plan, presented to the cohort and reviewed by a Biggest Goal lead.
Is this for you?

Built for teams who want to build, not buy.

You're a fit if…

Most cohort teams check 3+ of these
  • You have 2-5 people you'd send through together (it works best as a team)
  • Your team is curious about AI but hasn't shipped anything real with it yet
  • You have at least one workflow that's eating hours every week
  • Leadership wants in-house capability, not another vendor relationship
  • You can carve out ~6 hours a week for four weeks

Probably not a fit if…

No judgment, there are better options elsewhere
  • You want someone to build it for you and hand it over
  • You're already shipping production AI agents in-house
  • You need deeply technical model fine-tuning or research work
  • Your team can't commit time during the cohort window
  • You want a self-paced video course (try our free Cowork course instead)

“Our team came in convinced they needed to hire two senior engineers. They left week three having shipped three production workflows themselves. We never made the hires.”

Co-founder · Build lead

Micah runs build week. He's shipped agents and automation systems across customer success, finance ops, and revenue functions for companies from Series A through Series D. If your team gets stuck, Micah is who unblocks them.

Common questions

Everything you'd ask before applying.

What if my team isn't technical?

Perfect, that's who this is built for. Most cohort participants are operators, marketers, finance leads, and PMs. Modern AI doesn't require code. It requires someone who understands the business, and you already have those people.

How much time will my team need each week?

About 6 hours per week: two 90-minute live sessions (Tuesday and Thursday at noon ET) plus 3-4 hours of async build time. Most teams find that the async time replaces work they would've done anyway, the agent saves it back almost immediately.

What tools do we need to bring?

A Claude Cowork seat per participant and access to whatever systems hold the work you're automating (your CRM, docs, support tool, etc.). We provide everything else, vault, skills, templates, eval harnesses.

Can we send a single person, or does it have to be a team?

Solo participants are welcome and do great. That said, teams of 3-5 from the same company tend to compound the most after the cohort, the playbook in week 4 becomes immediately useful when there's more than one person to use it.

What if we miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and posted within 4 hours. You can catch up async and bring questions to weekly office hours. We've had participants finish strong from three different time zones.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you complete the first two weeks and don't feel the cohort is for you, we'll refund the full seat price. We've issued exactly 3 in 2+ years, but the offer is real.

What happens after the cohort ends?

You get lifetime access to the alumni community, the full vault and templates, and the option to roll into our monthly builder group at a discounted alumni rate. Many teams use this to keep the muscle warm while they ship their next 5-10 agents.
